Before you enroll your team
How many seats do we need?
Pricing scales with team size: $1,200 individual, $900 per seat for small teams (3 to 5), and $750 per seat for hospital teams (6 to 15). Multi-site and group pricing is available on request.
What happens when someone on our team leaves?
At 16 seats and above, licenses belong to the hospital rather than the individual. When a leader moves on, you reassign their seat to their replacement at no additional enrollment cost. Below 16 seats, access is individual and stays with the person.
How do we roll it out across a team?
TRIAGE is self-paced, so leaders move through the six modules on their own schedule while sharing one common framework. Most teams set a target completion window and review each module together as they go.
What if part of the team is resistant?
The program is built on observable behaviors and shared language, not personality. When the whole leadership layer uses the same framework, expectations stop being personal and start being structural, which is what lowers friction.
How long does it take, and is it CE?
Six modules, 15 hours of RACE-approved CE, completed at each leader's own pace. There is no live schedule to coordinate.
Can we enroll across multiple hospitals?
Yes. Multi-site groups can standardize leadership across locations. Reach out for group and enterprise pricing tailored to your number of sites and seats.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. For teams of 16 or more, we invoice directly instead of using card checkout, and we're happy to work with a PO number and net-30 terms. Just mention it on your team enrollment request and we'll send an invoice through Stripe (bank transfer or card) rather than a checkout link.
