Methodology: a library versus a system
Uncharted's certificates are skill modules you take à la carte: trust, strategic planning, DiSC, feedback, team buy-in, prioritization, conflict. You build competence one topic at a time, and the catalog is broad and genuinely useful.
TRIAGE™ is not a catalog. It is a sequence: six modules that install in order, each building on the last, so the output is one connected operating system rather than a set of separate skills.
